Stop collecting certificates. Build one thing you can defend.
Everyone in your class has the same models you do. What is still scarce is a shipped thing that solves a real problem for real people - and someone who can explain how it works with the wifi off.
What a Playbook is
- A problem sharpened down to one you can reach the people who have it
- A build spec sized to the hours you actually have, chosen so you can explain it
- A fundamentals defense pack - the questions a recruiter, an engineer, a professor and an investor will ask about what you built
- A proof ladder that works at student scale, with what each rung does and does not prove
- Your public profile written out - README, demo script, LinkedIn, resume bullets, first five posts
- A week-by-week plan that de-loads around your exam weeks
IdeaBank briefs, Quick Validate, and refining a Playbook you already have stay free. You only pay to generate a new one - and never on a subscription.

Venture Execution Curriculum
A 12-week hands-on curriculum, taught live with your cohort.
One idea per team, locked in Week 1. A named deliverable every week after that. Students execute the Student Playbook and then the Pro Builder playbook against real buyers, and are assessed on how well they run the motion - not on what the market happens to do.
This is a curriculum, not a revenue promise. Students do real execution work - real buyers, real proposals - but we do not commit to revenue or closed deals on their behalf, and assessment never depends on either.
What we do commit to: students who want to keep going after the term get NELL GTM Operations support at a discounted student rate.
Pricing

It depends on the size of the group and the shape of your term, so we quote it rather than list it.
No card, no commitment - this is a conversation.
The term, in two halves
Commit to one idea, prove the buyer, then build the product and the go-to-market in parallel.

- W10Follow-Through Discipline
- W11Revenue Consolidation & Pitch Build
- W12Demo Day - Execution ReviewGraded

Who buys what
Find the row that sounds like you
Every plan below is the same product at a different depth. What changes between them is how far past the research you need to get, and how many ideas you’re running.
Founders
Pick the row that sounds like this week, not like your ambition.
Students
Free. The deliverable is a shipped thing you can defend, a public profile, and a plan that fits around your exams - not revenue.

How credits work, in one example
Say you buy Launchpad at $149. That grants 2 DeepValidate reports, 1 GTM strategy and 5 IdeaBank briefs. Run one idea all the way through and you have used one validation and one GTM - the second validation is there for the pivot the report tells you to make, or for the next idea. Nothing expires mid-plan, and a report that fails to generate does not cost you the credit.
That is the whole model: what you can run is gated by credits, not by the plan name. A free-tier account that buys a top-up gets a real report from it, and you can add credits without changing plan.
All reports are generated using real-time web research and AI analysis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reports are delivered instantly after purchase.
